The tequila drink made in Mexico and more than national representative, this drink has several categories which depend on the working time or rest.
An important classification is the leading tequilas to divide into two categories: noble or pure tequila and tequila mixed. The noble tequila all the sugar into alcohol comes from the agave itself. In the mixed tequila are added to the sugars from the agave.

3 The aged: is it matures for at least one year in oak barrels, new or second use of 600 liters capacity. Its color ranges from golden to dark amber strong. Its taste is strongly impregnated with wood. If you have been aged at least three years may be considered “extra añejo”. More than four years should not be un-aged tequila, it breaks down, as otherwise with any over-aged alcoholic beverage. What then proceeds to do is bottle it. Since then it does not spoil.
